Booking: All online lessons, including single lessons and package deals, must be booked in advance through the designated booking system or by contacting directly.

 

Payment: Full payment for one-time lessons is required at the time of booking. For package lessons, payment must be made in full before the first lesson is scheduled.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

Cancellation Policy: Online lesson packages cannot be canceled or refunded once the first session has begun.

 

Non-Refundable Policy: Once the first session of an online lesson package has started, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

 

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. All lessons rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered missed and will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund.

 

Missed Lessons: Any lesson missed without prior rescheduling will be forfeited and counted as a completed session, regardless of the package type.

 

Technical Issues: If a lesson cannot proceed due to technical issues on the instructor's side, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
